As part of my research I tried out the live chat, email and 800 number. All had very good customer service. Although the 800 number was only for ordering they were not able to answer specific questions about the product.

I also returned the product. I received a refund within a two weeks without a problem.

I have been using this product in combination with Provillus. Nisim BioFactors works to restore the natural balance of your scalp in order to promote a healthy environment for hair growth.
